How you agree
You agree to receive texts by ticking the consent box on our request form or by asking us to text you. Consent is not a condition of getting help from us; you can work with us by phone or email instead.
Frequency and charges
How many messages you receive depends on your request; most requests involve only a few. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out
Texts end when you reply STOP to any of them. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out, and none after that unless you opt in again.
